Workshop in Plant and Animal Microtechnique

This year we had 17 students.
The class learned the accelerated microwave technique for microtechnique. As a bonus, this year we learned cryosectioning and enzyme localization.

As usual, we had a contest for Best Plant Preparation and Best Animal Preparation.
Here are the winners:

Best Plant Preparation went to Tanya Renner for Dionaea trigger hair, Sharman's stain
Best Animal Preparation went to Diana Athonvarangkul and Amy Fluitt for Mus musculus small intestine, H&E
